Courtney LoMonte

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac) in the state of North Carolina. I am also a Shiatsu Massage and Reiki Practitioner. Originally from North Carolina, I graduated from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon with a Masters of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (2010-2014). I am certified as a Usui Reiki Master and Teacher. I have 9 years experience in private Acupuncture, Shiatsu & Reiki treatments to ages 12 to 82, and 2 years of Community Acupuncture experience giving over 4,000 acupuncture treatments. I focus my healing practice on Mental & Emotion balancing while also working on physical pain and other imbalances. I find that the combination of Acupuncture, body work and energy work is very calming for the whole spirit not just the physical body. I enjoy spending my time outside in nature, in the sunshine, beside the ocean, or surrounded by trees & birds. I am also a Natural Indigo Dyer and a practicing folk herbalist. I love gardening, reading, cats & creating art from plants! I currently live in Carrboro with my husband.
